Fix mingw compilation issue.
strategies/avx2/dct-avx2.c:334:25: error: pasting "g_dct_16" and "[" does not give a valid preprocessing token - The [ is not part of the token so compilation failed on mingw GCC 4.9.1. - Fixes #86.
