build: export xorgGlxCreateVendor symbol for glamor_egl module

The glamor_egl backport (PR #3877) calls xorgGlxCreateVendor() which is
defined in glx/glxext.c. Without _X_EXPORT, the symbol is not exported
from libxorgserver.so, causing undefined symbol errors when loading
the glamor_egl module at runtime.
