AnimCursorCreate() allocates an OsTimerRec for every animated cursor
using TimerSet(NULL, 0, 0, ...). The timer is freed on cursor creation
failure, but normal cursor destruction does not release it.
AnimCurUnrealizeCursor() already performs the once-only destruction of
the animated cursor's frame cursor references on screen 0. Free the timer
there as well.
TimerCancel() only removes a timer from the pending list. TimerFree()
also releases the allocation.
