Enrico Weigelt, metux IT consult 40fd6c4816 Xext: xv: actually set the resources_initialized guard ... Commit 75b627ed7e ("Xv: make creation of resource types independent from serverGeneration") added a resources_initialized flag to make CreateResourceTypes() idempotent and early-returns on it, but never sets it to true -- so the guard never trips and the body runs on every call. Today this is masked: the per-serverGeneration guards in XvExtensionInit()/XvScreenInit() still ensure CreateResourceTypes() is only reached once. But the flag is meant to be the real guard ("can be called from different angles"), and without the write each extra call re-runs all six CreateNewResourceType() calls, allocating fresh RESTYPE ids (leaking the finite id space) and reassigning the XvRT* globals.
