Peter Hutterer 451d5464b4 Change enter/leave semantics for events with detail Notify{Nonlinear}Virtual. ... Core enter/leave events with detail Notify{Ancestor|Inferior|Nonlinear} are only sent for the first/last pointer to enter/leave.
