Konstantin Isakov f7d47163d3 + Localizations are not hardcoded anymore -- all translation files that exist 
in the current installation get into the list now.
+ Chinese translation added (thanks to Satoshi Joh)
+ Czech translation added (thanks to Vit Pelcak)
